Provider responsibilities

Apice Engineering LLC provides professional engineering through PE Rodrigo DePaula, within verified professional scope and a written project-specific engagement. No license or firm-authorization number is asserted on this page. Architectural services requiring an architect must be assigned to an appropriately licensed professional; this website does not establish architectural licensure. Crown Studio handles interior design and architectural-design/project-management coordination, not engineering signing. Accepted construction is contracted through Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM), only within its verified scope. Each provider’s scope, fees, and applicable permit responsibilities must be identified in writing before work begins.
