What does Apice do, in one sentence?
Apice is a Central Florida engineering, design coordination and permitting practice providing coordinated technical support from pre-purchase due diligence through Certificate of Occupancy.
Which jurisdictions do you work in?
Our strongest depth is in the City of Orlando and Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Volusia counties, with Polk, Lake and Brevard available by project.
What does a typical due diligence engagement cover?
Site review, zoning analysis, environmental flags, utility availability, code constraints and a written technical opinion on what the property can support. Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from receiving the property data.
Can you handle a project from start to finish?
Yes. Apice can lead the full sequence — due diligence, design, construction documents, permitting and construction-phase support — or engage on a single stage if that is what the project needs.
How do you price engagements?
Most early-stage work is fixed-fee or an hourly retainer with a defined scope. Full design engagements are typically fixed-fee with a clear deliverable schedule. Permit and construction support can be hourly or by stage.
Who provides the engineering?
Apice Engineering LLC provides professional engineering through PE Rodrigo DePaula within verified scope. Design coordination, permitting support, and construction responsibilities are defined in each engagement.
