New structural design

Foundations, framing, and lateral systems engineered for the actual building geometry and Florida wind loads. Wood, light-gauge steel, structural steel, concrete, and masonry — sized for both jurisdiction review and contractor pricing.

Existing-structure evaluation

On-site assessment and sealed engineering letter documenting the load capacity and condition of an existing building. Used for renovations, additions, property purchase, insurance, and lender requirements.

Permit-plan engineering review

Review of plans prepared by another designer for FBC 2023 and ASCE 7-22 compliance. We correct flagged issues, stamp the structural sheets, and return a permit-ready package — or document revisions the original designer must make.
